I am recruiting an experienced Administrator to work for a FTSE 250, global support services organisation. This role functions within their Education Division, which is the largest integrated service for education improvement and support services in the UK.

With strong attention to detail and accuracy, the Administrator will provide high quality administration and office support as part of the Administration Team Hub within the Learning and Development Partnership. This includes building relationships, co-ordinating visits, co-ordinating training, collating data for reporting and updating web based information.

Main purpose of role:

  • Provide high quality, confidential administrative support to the Admin Hub and maintain a range of clerical and administrative systems, including the maintenance of manual and electronic records.
  • Efficiently process letters, reports and data as required.
  • Ensure office administration is maintained effectively with regard to meetings, telephone calls, scanning, photocopying, mail sorting.
  • Assist with co-ordinating visits - including liaising with Advisors, sending out appointment letters and maintaining spreadsheets/database.
  • Assist with co-ordinating training - including online booking system, liaising with venues, sending information packs and recording evaluations.
  • Record/monitor and collate data for reporting
  • Contribute to web based resources/information updates.
  • Cover Reception duties when required.



Ideal requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English at C grade or above.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information.
  • Good communication skills - verbal, written, listening and inter-personal skills.
  • Strong IT capability, particularly Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deal with conflicting demands.
