JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LOCATION: BRACKNELL HOURS OF WORK - 36.25 HRS/WEEK DURATION: 12 MONTHS KEY POINT ON ROLE: The duties of the successful candidate for this role will be primarily based on the spec provided however it will also include other duties across a few departments (doing the same role) lending support where needed. The team is quite big and based across a few sites. FULL JOB SPEC ATTACHED BELOW.Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures .Worker is responsible for providing administrative support to a department or individual.Duties may include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.Admin may work on special projects to include recording, compiling, and retrieving information.Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required.Familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred.
