Role Description

Administrator's role is to support the commercial Team to ensure that services stay on track and on budget, taking appropriate action to overcome difficulties.

Task Description

  • Support the internal operations of the commercial team, covering CCNs, CRs, CCs, proposals and PWOs
  • Give advice on commercial processes for proposals/CRs/PWOs to Capgemini colleagues
  • Store and manage key commercial documentation on our shared areas
  • Liaise with counterparts on HMRC's commercial team
  • Assist with audit and quality compliance

Mandatory Technical Skill Tools:

Competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint & Outlook.

Business Skills

  • Numeracy and an ability to understand simple financial models
  • Willingness and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Confidence to be able to set and manage your own goals and workload
  • Good team working attributes
  • Good written and oral communication skills
