Administrative Assistant - Quality Assurance

6 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Woking, Surrey

Salary: £20,000 + full benefits package (private medical and dental cover, pension, 25 days holiday, gym on site, free parking, subsidised canteen, etc.)

Administrative Assistant required to join a global leading pharmaceutical company on a 6 months fixed term contract basis.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry - no previous QA experience is required!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collate documents on time in order to get the batch available for the QP (Qualified Person) review on time
  • Distribute SOP and batch records following the quality procedures
  • Issue the Certificate of Analysis to be signed by the QP
  • Dispatch production with Production Area, filling out the QA documents
  • Issue SOPs or Record Sheets created by other QA employees
  • Check if the deviations and OOS are approved to be added to the related batch record
  • Keep contact with the Productive and Quality Control Labs to ensure that all paperwork will be received on time to avoid any delay in the batch release process
  • Support QA team with administrative topics
  • Archive and destroy documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Good computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills and able to work with internal staff and external customers
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and manage time
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
