Job Description:
The role sits as part of a team providing office administration support to the businesses and functions of our North Europe Region. Reporting to the NER Administration Support Team Leader, the incumbent will need a flexible approach as they may be required to support varied activities.
Key Duties:

  • Raise Purchase Orders in SAP in accordance with company policies.
  • Chase PO approval flow as required, confirmation of goods/service receipt point of contact for any invoice exceptions.
  • Support complex travel arrangements
  • Assist with arrangements for large internal meetings
  • New Vendor account requests
  • Expense handling for remote employees
  • Any other office administration tasks as required

Skills, Experience and Key Capabilities:

  • Good level of competence with Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Customer service mindset
  • Proactive and able to work under own initiative


  • Experience of working in SAP system, although training can be provided.
  • Experience of working in a clinical or medical environment is also an advantage


  • GCSE or equivalent Maths & English
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Location: This role will be based in Loughborough. No requirement for travel.
Hours of work: 37.5 per week with some flexibility on start/finish times
