The Role

This role will provide administrative, financial monitoring and reporting support to the SIF Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Facility Management with financial monitoring and reporting including forecasting, variance investigation, billing and invoicing queries and adhoc reporting as required by management
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all funding commitments and monitor expenditure against budget
  • Purchase items in support of the business function
  • Provide general administration support to the SIF and Projects.
  • Implement the procedures for visitor access, Health & Safety, Control of Contractors, ensuring compliance with appropriate processes
  • Maintain a good working relationship with customers, contractors and in-house staff accessing the Facility
  • Act as a Document Control Point (DCP),recording and updating all documents periodically

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Ability to organise / prioritise work
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team and work independently where appropriate

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Experience within a financial role will greatly benefit your application
  • Good GCSE (or equivalent) results, Grade A-C to include Maths and English
  • Competent in data entry (numeric and alphabetical)
  • Knowledge of using a computerised information system
