Role: Admin assistant

Location: Montrose

Duration: 3 Month initial contract

Rate: £10/hour

Role Summary/Purpose:

You will be responsible for supporting the Global SubSea Operations Team, working with vital transactional data to define and deliver process improvements for our customers and our internal teams. You will learn how SubSea operations are planned, resourced and delivered and will contribute to improving our process and delivering outstanding services for our customers.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in business administration and process optimisation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Team and Field Service teams to identify and define process improvements to better deliver for our customers.
  • Document Control
  • Picking up pack from multiple cells, scanning, tracking and reporting any issues.
  • Adhering to HSE

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admin roles
  • Document control
  • Knowledge and awareness of HSE
