I'm looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager for one of my clients longest standing and largest clients. This account has evolved from being a direct only account to a fully integrated account covering: digital, CRM, tactical atl, experiential, dealer comms, content and recently tv sponsorship.

A large part of their success can be attributed to the ability to understand and produce comms for the entire customer journey. You will, naturally, form a close partnership with the client's Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring you instigate a tight digital process and manage the day-to-day pieces of work. You'll also be able to forecast account income, resource and growth opportunities.

As an experienced Account handler, you'll be a champion of brilliant basics, such as account administration, financial processes and client management. You'll take pride in the accuracy and creativity of your work, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency.

Alongside your exemplary Account Management skills, you'll understand the role of Digital in the Customer Journey and will know the difference between owned, earned and paid digital media and will strive for creative success and new thinking in each. You'll also be comfortable with a high degree of client contact, and, as a natural people person, will be able to build strong direct relationships both externally and within a large account team.

You will be a confident Digital practitioner with experience of working with Data (such as Google Analytic's), content management systems (ideally), rich and static digital media, creative and production
