Account Manager - London - Legal Sales - Competitive Salary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced account manager to join a blue chip organisation connecting customers business to the ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. Working closely with major corporations you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and growing relationships through client management, cross-selling and introducing new solutions.

The Role:

  • Responsible for selling the full portfolio of online software and solutions.
  • Responsible for driving strong metrics and performing towards KPI's.
  • To manage a portfolio of high value clients - managing the relationship, securing renewals and gaining interest in new software to exceed revenue targets.
  • To identify, create and develop new client opportunities and maintaining territory and account plans.
  • To support management and act as a senior member and leader.

The individual:

  • The successful account manager will already have proven experience working in a targeted and KPI driven sales environment; with good knowledge of all elements of the sales process including client management and CRM tools.
  • You will be a proven negotiator with a previous success of client retention, up selling and cross selling of online software and products.
  • You will possess strong sales presentation and proposal building skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing major accounts.
  • You will be highly organised, self-motivated and driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of the legal industry would be advantageous, as will any existing knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Education/ Certifications Required

  • Graduate Level Education is desirable.
