Account Manager
Central London
£45,000 plus benefits incl 20% pension

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our client - one of the largest savings organisations in the UK with 25 million customers and more than £167 billion invested - based in Central London.

The role requires an individual capable of operating comfortably at Senior Management level and influencing thinking and delivery across the business, across 3rd party suppliers and B2B Clients.

  • Experience of managing major client accounts and / or operational management
  • Experience in working in different corporate cultures gained from managing multiple large, complex B2B clients
  • Experience of both line and virtual team management
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review, challenge and utilise financial, customer analysis
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver change

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of retail financial services market
  • A sound appreciation of public sector financial practices and constraints
  • Degree qualified desirable
  • Account Management qualification desirable
  • Account / Relationship / Product or Operational background within the ICT or BPO outsourcing markets desirable
  • Programme Management experience (Agile or Prince 2)
