My client and a leading IT consultancy who have an exciting recruitment for a long-standing client based in the East Midlands. They are on the lookout for an experienced Account Delivery Lead who will be Client facing, operating at a senior leadership level with responsibility for delivery of all in-scope contracted services across all involved delivery capabilities, ensuring that performance goals and cost commitments are achieved.

As an Account Delivery Lead you will be…

  • Client facing, operating at a senior leadership level with responsibility for delivery of all in-scope contracted services across all involved delivery capabilities, ensuring that performance goals and cost commitments are achieved
  • Manages overall delivery commitments to the customer as the single point of end-to-end delivery accountability within each account/ business area for meeting delivery sales targets, service excellence and operating within the Plan of Record financial model through cost effective delivery and operational productivity
  • Ability to demonstrate active leadership and lead teams through periods of focused transformation and remediation
  • Orchestrates the multiple delivery capabilities across transformation, project delivery and project delivery in an integrated operation underpinned by an effective governance framework
  • Promotes customer satisfaction through efficient, effective delivery of services, proactively managing issues that could impact client delivery
  • Ensures active account and individual participation in the Customer Experience programme, driving end user satisfaction and 'Promoter' NPS contribution
  • Develops and nurtures an excellent client relationship at a senior/ executive leadership level supporting the Account General Manager in establishing the customer as a Reference Account and supporting new business growth opportunities
  • Understands the client business, at an in depth level including the local to worldwide nuances, is able therefore to analyse and contribute to delivery requirements as well as their strategic business plan, enabling revenue growth opportunities

What do we want from you?

  • Bachelor's degree (business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership within Account Delivery Management
  • 5+ years of matrix managing IT teams in a large scale and complex landscape
  • Experience in emerging technologies e.g., digital transformation
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate 5+ years of experience in managing the successful delivery of IT outsourcing contracts with annual revenues of £30m+ on Account to £100m+ in Industry Sectors. This should include a track record in sales of additional add-on business to the existing portfolio resulting in revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to travel is required
