Role: Technical Solutions Professional (3rd line support)

Our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced technical support engineer to 3rd line level, to assist with our clients Products, Services and Technology Platforms, ensuring high levels of service availability and good Customer Experience. This is in collaboration with teams spanning Technology, Operations, 3rd party service providers, vendors and business stakeholders.

What we'll need from you:

  • Experienced support engineer to 3rd line level
  • Knowledge of legacy systems
  • Experience of Avaya red/blue products
  • ISDX Knowledge/experience
  • Flexibility in working patterns, role may contain shift patterns
  • A level of security clearance will be needed for this role, however those who do not hold it will still be considered.
