An established and well respected IT Managed Services business are seeking a new IT Service Desk Engineer due to organic growth.

This role will be an excellent fit for someone with existing experience in an IT Services environment looking to take that next step in their career.

You will be providing predominantly remote support to a varied client base from diagnosis to resolution (escalating if necessary). It is essential that you are able to provide a high level of communication with the client throughout.

Technical Requirements

  • Windows Servers
  • AD/DNS/DHCP/Active Directory etc.
  • Office 365/Exchange
  • Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Storage (HPE/Dell)
  • Networking & Firewalls (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless)
  • Backup & DR (Veeam)

In return, my client are offering a salary up to £28,000 per annum plus extensive support on training and development; including funded qualifications and the ability to study in work hours.

Any previous IT Qualifications will be considered desirable and applicants must be able to pass a DBS check once onboarded. Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is required for the role for occasions where on site support is required.
