2nd Line Support - Software Roll-out Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global leader in financial data intelligence and infrastructure based in London to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients' customer base; initially by attending customer sites to assist in the deployment of our clients software products, and then subsequent investigation and resolution of any issues following implementation. We are looking for individuals with previous experience in a 2nd line/advanced support role, familiarity with Windows Server, and a high standard of customer service.
