IT Application / Support Specialist - Solihull £25,000 - 26,500 +, Training & Development (accreditation's), Autonomy within position

Office 365, O365, WorkFront, , Anti-Virus Support, Application support, BAU, O365 User Training., Application Role Out & Support, Project management

The client is an established organisation with a significant history who are seeking a career minded, professional, ethical and confident IT Systems and Application Support Specialist to support their users on application deployment (O365) User training and ongoing support across a range of of the shelf windows & bespoke products. Additional General support experience is also useful. Based out of their HQ in Solihull you will be responsible predominantly for 2rd Line Technical Support for their HQ and UK user base, including their Execs and VIP's

Reporting directly to the Head of IT, prerequisites are a calm and methodical approach to you work, a strong and professional service ethic with a natural willingness to help your IT Team, peers, colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

This is a high-level support role and will require a consultative DNA, excellent communication skills and ideally IT Systems experience gained in a multicultural creative working environment


  • Messaging, O365, (Ideally worked on a roll out)
  • Active Directory for user administration
  • Group Policy Management and Administration
  • Citrix
  • Anti-Virus Support and Administration
  • Email Filtering Technologies
  • Centralised Application Deployment
  • Problem Management and Critical Data-Management


  • An exceptional customer service ethic as you will be dealing with Directors and PA's, Traders and Brokers
  • Excellent team working skills and relationship skills with users and colleagues
