One of the UK's leading FTSE 100 companies is looking for a dynamic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their existing infrastructure team.

The role requires the successful candidate to provide 2nd line support for their growing user base across the UK, along with interaction with their 1st line teams overseas. You will be exposed to the latest technologies in support, deployment, application management and Cyber Security.

You will provide direct 2nd line support to our users at all levels and remote support to our other offices around the UK where an occasional site visit may be required.

Essential experience:
* MS Windows operating systems 7 - 10
* MS Office applications including OneDrive and Skype for Business
* Active Directory
* Exchange mailbox administration
* Antivirus - McAfee EPO/Endpoint Protection

Experience in the following technologies would be advantageous:
* Group Policy Management
* SCCM
* Office 365
* Citrix Xenapp
* Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
