Our client is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer 1st and 2nd Line to join their Scotland team on an initial 3 month contract. As an experienced IT support professional, you will be working across the full infrastructure estate across a number of locations. The role will be supporting from a small IT Team, working on-site at your nearest location in Scotland. A large part of this role will be supporting the business with general 1st to 2nd Line across their userbase that sits across Scotland.
To be successful, you will have experience with the following:
- Providing general 1st to 2nd line support
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 (configuring and supporting)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 Administration Experience
- Hardware installation and configuration
- Networking exposure (LAN/WAN - DNS, DHCP)
The role will be predominantly on-site although flexible should you ever need to work remotely. With a number of locations, this would suit candidates based across the Central Belt. The role will be inside IR35 and therefore will require the use of an approved Umbrella company.
