2nd Line Support Engineer - Milton Keynes - Contract - £ Dependant on experience.

Our client is looking for somebody to come in on an initial 6-month contract as a 2nd line support engineer.

You'll be working as an onsite IT Support Analyst within a small team, providing in-depth technical support for desktop issues, providing exception customer service to all users.

The role;

  • Providing personable deskside support to the users.
  • Providing professional remote support over the telephone & via remote control tools to other locations.
  • Escalating issues & problems to the onsite Infrastructure Manager for resolution.
  • Working with the helpdesk team at Complete IT to provide the best possible experience to the client.
  • Managing expectations of the end users.
  • Ensuring clear communication & updates with end user, the Infrastructure manager & the clients internal IT Manager.
  • Through questioning, researching & listening, developing a detailed insight into the client's businesses.
  • Attending regular IT meetings with the client.
