One of our fantastic Glasgow based clients is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. This role has a strong focus on one key area - supporting the employees of the business with their digital services i.e. smartphones, tablets and laptops.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 3 years' experience working with the following fields:

  • Office 365 & Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Azure
  • Mobile Device Management
  • SCCM
  • Network Patching
  • Desktop/Mobility Security
  • Voice Technologies

Desirable skills are as follows:

  • Office 365 design, deployment & continuous improvement
  • ITIL V.3 certification
