2nd Line Support Analyst

Up to £22,000 per annum

Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Service Desk

Our leading client is currently recruiting for an 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team, based out of their office in the West Midlands on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT Help-desk environment, providing 2nd line IT Support to customers and ensuring all possible support is provided before escalating to 3rd line.

t's important to be successful in your application that you have at least 2 years experience in IT Support, 12 of those within 2nd Line. Ideally the successful candidate will have a varied and wide exposure across IT - Windows Server, active directory, Exchange, SQL.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about IT, someone who is ambitious and really wants to progress in their career. You will work within a busy environment with a great office culture, where you will be given the opportunity to gain exposure to 3rd line and progress.
