As an integral member of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for servicing users across the business ensuring that the call queue is effectively managed, provide standard BAU support, assist with application support and installs, imaging and network support as required. In servicing users across the EU, you will be providing both on-site and remote support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong service desk support background
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory
- Proven experience with Office 365
- Previous exposure to SCCM
- Utilised Symantec Endpoint in a previous role
- Network exposure (TCP/IP, WANs, LANs)
- ITIL Certification
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills, resolving user issues to a high standard with an emphasis on providing the highest level of customer service.
