2nd line engineer with solid Windows 10, Office 365, 2nd line and customer support experience needed for a permanent role in central Bristol.

Up to 32k per annum (+ benefits)

Central Bristol (So you will need to be living within a commutable distance and due to the quick start needed relocators will not be considered)

The customer is a national company with an excellent reputation within their field and offices all over the UK. Due to growth they are looking to add to the 2nd line team an engineer who has supported end users to a high 2nd line level previously, has solid experience remotely troubleshooting technologies such as Windows 10 & office 365 and any experience with backups or virtualisation technologies such as vmware would be greatly desirable.
