My Edinburgh based client are currently looking to add a 2nd Line Support member to their team in order to cover maternity leave for the next 6 months. This role would be well suited to an experienced professional with good server and networking knowledge.

What will the role involve?

The position will see you support internal staff, troubleshooting a range of network, server and general Microsoft Applications. You will work closely with 3rd Line Support and the Head of IT to resolve more complex issues and there is a good chance that you will be exposed to project work.

What experience do I require?

Experience with the following tech is expected:

  • Server 2012/2016
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Windows 7 - 10

Experience with the following is desirable:

  • VMWare
  • Azure/AWS

There is a possibility that the position could be made permanent, however you would still be classed as a full time employee while completing this 6 month post and as such, would retain the same benefits as a full time employee.
