My Perth based client are currently looking to hire an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. This role would be well suited to a professional who has a varied technical background, but who is still keen to broaden their technical competence and who has aspirations to progress to 3rd Line Support.

What will the role involve?

The role will focus on the support of a large client base, predominantly utilising Microsoft technologies. You will manage escalations from 1st Line Support and seek suitable resolution for more complex technical issues.

This position requires strong customer facing skills and competence in prioritising cases.

What experience do I required?

It is expected that you will have a strong, well-rounded technical knowledge covering:

- Server (upto 2016)

- VMWare & Hyper-V

- Active Directory

- Exchange

- Azure/Office 365
