I am currently working a well-established Microsoft Gold Partnered MSP in the Swindon area who are looking to add to their existing IT support team with a 1st line / 2nd line service desk/helpdesk analyst.


  • Set up of new hardware including desktops and laptops
  • Provide 1st line and 2nd line support to customers
  • Effectively manage CRM ticketing system to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Assist 1st line team when responding to technical issues

To be suitable for this role you will need:

  • Experience working in a 2nd line helpdesk/service desk role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An understanding of servers and networks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
  • Experience working with CRM ticketing system
