2nd Line Remote Support Engineer (Win 7, Win 10, Office 365)
2nd Line Remote Support Engineer (Win 7, Win 10, Office 365) required to join a reputable technology company for an initial 3 month contract based in the picturesque south coast of Poole, Dorset. This opportunity will provide a daily rate of pay with a circa of £150 -180 per day.
Providing global remote 2nd line fault diagnosis and resolution :
* Providing remote 2nd line fault diagnosis and resolution.
* Providing fault analysis to various core operating systems, platforms and applications.
* Diagnose faults and provide remote assistance to various business areas within the support remit.
* Incident management.
* Processing change requests.
* Previous remote support experience in a large scale deployment project
* Excellent customer service, presentation, organisational & communication skills
* Solid knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016
* Previous Banking experience
* Proficiency with Office 2010 and knowledge of Office 365 desirable but not essential
