2nd & 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer - London - 12 months Contract - rate negotiable
SCCM, MS Windows 10, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, GPO Troubleshooting, Patching
Leading UK Organisation is currently seeking a 2nd/3rd Line technical Support specialist to provide both on-site support in London and further Support at another UK based site (remotely)
Day to day you will be responsible for

  • Problem/incident assessment;
  • PC Installation, move, add, change (iMac);
  • Incident troubleshooting;
  • Communication with external parties;
  • De-ployment and follow-up of monthly patches and new releases.

Technically you will be strong in

  • MS Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • MS Azure Including Active Directory - THIS IS KEY
  • Basic understanding of Network Topology
  • Hardware Trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (LANDesk, TopDesk, Service Now etc)
