1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Inside IR35 - Hybrid/On-site

Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer (1st/ 2nd Line) to join their IS team. They are looking for contractors with experience in technical support of anything from desktops to mobile devices to AV equipment, as well as someone who is comfortable conversing across all departments of the business.

To be successful, you will have experience with the following:

Providing general 1st/ 2nd Line Support
Experience working with Windows 10, Windows Server Environment and Hyper V
Active Directory
Hardware installation and configuration
Networking exposure is beneficial
