1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst
Stockport - Salary up to £24,000 (dependent upon experience)

A well-established and respected Managed IT Services Provider have continued to go from strength to strength over the course of the pandemic. Having experienced a major surge in demand for their services and continued to add new clients to their existing portfolio, they are now seeking to a appoint a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst. You will join their experienced Technical Services Delivery team where you will be responsible for providing technical support skills to their customers remotely, over the phone as well as onsite covering everything from PCs, Servers to network devices.

Essentials:
- Experience in providing network and PC/Server support to various clients/customers
- Extremely well organised with excellent communication and written skills
- Excellent customer service and is able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work and prepared to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
- Applies knowledge and skills through handling problems beyond own area of expertise
- Ability to explain complex technical scenarios for technical and non-technical clients
- Full driving license
Nice to haves:
- Experience working within an MSP environment
- have at least one industry related certification such as a MTA, MCITP, MCSE, VCP or CCA.
- Experience supporting on Windows Server 2019, Azure, Office 365
- Knowledge around virtualisation technologies - Hyper-V, VMware
- Sound working knowledge of Backup systems (Veeam, Symantec and Veritas)
- Exposure to working with Monitoring technologies (ie SolarWinds, LogicMonitor)
