What will the role involve?
The role will involve extensive customer service, so soft skills and a professional telephone manner are key drivers. You will be responsible for initial resolution of faults or logging and assigning tickets following the internal escalation process, whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times.
What experience do I need?
It is crucial that the right candidate have relative experience of working in a service desk, with exposure to Active Directory and Exchange in a corporate environment.
- Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft applications
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set up and configuration
