An established and well respected IT Managed Services business are seeking a new 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer due to organic growth.
This role will be an excellent fit for someone with a strong desire to progress in the IT Industry to take that first step in a challenging but rewarding environment.
You will be providing support to the service desk team by carrying out essential support tasks such as;

  • 1st Line Support
  • Deployment/PC Builds
  • Asset Management
  • Documentation
  • Liasing with 3rd Party Suppliers
  • Order Management

In return, my client are offering a salary up to £18,000 per annum plus extensive support on training and development; including funded qualifications and the ability to study in work hours.
