An established and well respected IT Managed Services business are seeking a new 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer.
This role will be an excellent fit for someone with a strong desire to progress in the IT Industry to take that first step in a challenging but rewarding environment.
The role aligns to technologies such as:
- Windows Server / AD
- Office 365
- Endpoint Monitoring tools
- Networking (entry level)
- Backups
You will be providing support to the service desk team by carrying out essential support tasks; with an emphasis on following an ITIL defined process. You will be supported by other members of the team and have an escalation route available to support you.
Skills Profile
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedure.
- Maintain high levels of communication with the clients at all times
In return, my client are offering a salary up to £18,000 per annum plus extensive support on training and development; including funded qualifications and the ability to study in work hours.
