1st/2nd Line Engineers needed for a well-known leading company around Swindon. This is a 1st & 2nd Line Support role so you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Active Directory, Office 365 experience remote support and other hardware like printers. You will be working in a medium sized / dynamic team. Key Skills for Service Desk Analyst: Windows 7 & Windows 10 Office 365 Laptop/PC management Tablets, Smartphones, Printers, Scanners Support Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016), Experience working in a large user base environment would be an advantage but is not essential. On top of the above skills and experience you will also need to possess excellent communication skills.
