My Lanarkshire based client are currently seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line support professional to join their growing team. This is a fast paced environment where customer service is as important as technical capability.

What will the role involve?

You will work alongside a team of 6 engineers who are all at a similar level to yourself. To be successful in this role, you will master the art of keep escalations to a minimum!

The role will include external stakeholder engagement, providing a high level of customer service and a timely resolution to any incidents.

What experience do I need?

You will have a minimum of two years service desk experience, coupled with strong technical knowledge and superb soft skills. Technical knowledge includes:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Office 365
  • Related technologies, including firewalls, routers and backup solutions
