Overview:

Our client is an MSP based in Central London who provide support to a very diverse portfolio of clients across London and the South East. Due to growth they are looking for a skilled 1st - 2nd Line Support Technician to join there expanding team. Interview commencing remotely 14th April

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

  • Provide 1st -2nd line end-user desktop support in a predominantly Microsoft Windows 10 environment, connected to Office365 and with some Mac OS and iOS devices
  • Provide telephone and ticketing based customer support.
  • Monitor IT tickets and regularly supporting clients in case of pending issue
  • Managing a queue of incidents approx 50 per week to ensure they are fixed within agreed SLA
  • Ensuring all customer expectations set, communications ongoing and customer satisfaction levels maintained
  • Identify trends, investigate and resolve deep-seated underlying IT problems
  • PC and printer hardware and software support and maintenance

Skills/ Experience Required:

  • 2 years It Support Experience ( Preferably MSP)
  • Proven track record in a 1st Level Help Desk role or similar
  • IT Related Degree
  • CCNA, MCTIP (desired)
