.Net Application Support Analyst

Provide level-3 application support in Windows Forms/.Net/C#, web-based legacy Information System. Analyzing business requirements, processes, data and systems to determine appropriate technology solutions. Participation in after-hours on-call support rotation. On-call duties and working production issues nights, holidays, and weekends during on-call week. We are only considering local applicants at this time.


* 3+ years of experience in Windows Forms applications
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET, C#
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft IIS administration
* 3+ years of experience in an unsupervised role requiring initiative, taking ownership of issues, being punctual and dependable/reliable
* Familiar with third party EDI points support
* Update support documentation
* Strong problem solving skills
* Strong written/verbal communication skills
* Customer relations skills to determine problems and document issues and Windows OS experience
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure such as switches, routers, and firewalls, server setup and configuration
* Basic knowledge of application hosting, such as SSL, load balancing, session affinity, DMZ and load testing
* Flexibility to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor


* Knowledge of ITIL methodology
* Experience supporting Network connectivity issues, and/or experience supporting devices in an iSeries environment
* Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations

Mandatory Skills - - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Working and delivering to aggressive timelines
