Experis Career Accelerator - Privacy Notice

This privacy notice covers the processing of personal data by Experis UK Limited (Part of ManpowerGroup) and FutureFIT AI (“we”) in the context of the Experis Career Accelerator program, including all related documentation, websites, apps, messages and other services (hereinafter: “Experis Career Accelerator Services”). This privacy notice applies to users of the Experis Career Accelerator Services, including (1) job candidates and recipients of our career services, and (2) associates, who are people we source or place on assignment with one of our clients, or individuals to whom we provide outplacement or career transition services.

We may process the following types of personal data in the context of the Experis Career Accelerator Services (as permitted under local law ): (1) your name, contact details and preferences; (2) personal data generated in connection with the use of the Experis Career Accelerator Services, including training and certification data; (3) personal data required to establish and maintain an employment or placement relationship, such as work and education history, skills, references, experience, job preferences, salary and salary expectations, assignment details, performance information, work and residency permits, financial information and bank account details, and other information needed for personnel management. We also obtain information by automated means when you use the Experis Career Accelerator Services to learn how to best tailor those services to our users, including through technologies such as “cookies” and “web beacons”. We process personal data to provide you with services in accordance with the Experis Career Accelerator User Agreement, including to (as permitted under local law) (1) identify future skills, assess current capabilities, and map upskilling & reskilling pathways, among others, by means of artificial intelligence technology; (2) provide HR services to you, such as training, career counselling and career transition services; (3) assess your suitability as a job candidate and your associate qualifications for positions; (4) create and manage your online account; and (5) send you alerts regarding available positions. We will also process your personal data for our legitimate business purposes (which we can further explain to you upon request), which include (1) performing data analytics, such as analyzing our job candidate and associate base, assessing individual performance and capabilities, including scoring on work-related skills, identifying skill shortages, using information to match individuals and potential opportunities, and analyzing pipeline data (trends regarding hiring practices); (2) operating, evaluating and improving our business (including developing, enhancing, analyzing and improving the Experis Career Accelerator Services); (3) enhancing the security of our network and information systems; and (4) managing our communications.

We share your personal data with the provider of the artificial intelligence technology that enables the Experis Career Accelerator to provide you with recommendations and tailored, validated technical training to improve your skills, i.e. FutureFit AI. We do not authorize these vendors to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We also may share your personal data (i) with our subsidiaries and affiliates, including their internal business departments for the purposes of staffing potential job applications; (ii) if you are a job candidate, with clients who may have job opportunities available or interest in placing our job candidates.

You may have certain rights in connection with the personal data we maintain about you under applicable data protection law, including a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability, and a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
