We recognise and reward achievement and hard work through our generous incentive scheme.
This includes:
Annual Incentives
• A £1,500 cash bonus for reaching 100% or above of full year targets set
• An annual overseas trip for the top 10 performers within Experis
• A Rolex watch for any consultant who bills a minimum of £500,000 in new business sales Seasonal Incentives
• Seasonal competitions open to consultants and resourcers, criteria and prizes will vary throughout the year – previous prizes have included UK and European city breaks for two Monthly Incentives

Career development

Career progression structure
While many of our employees begin at entry level in a resource role, progression to a management role can rapidly be made based on performance and meeting promotion criteria. In addition, we take ownership for many large scale outsourcing needs for major corporations and market leaders, requiring us to build dedicated on-site teams that sit within our client’s HR team. These situations open new possibilities to move into on-site client Account Manager or Account Director roles, providing unique opportunities for employees to develop their skills and experience within a variety of different working cultures and environments.
Training
As part of our Career Development Programme, you will benefit from training resources including classroom, local and remote learning modules, dependent upon level.
Experis has an established training academy that promotes professional and personal development within the organisation and supports individuals in their career progression. Experis has also partnered with Skillsoft and employees are provided with access to an online training library of over 6,000 courses through our dedicated training and development centre.
