Geoff Smith, Experis MD UK & Ireland
Geoff Smith is the Managing Director of Experis UK and Ireland and a member of the Manpower Group Global Leadership Team.
Geoff has worked for Experis (formerly Elan) for over 13 years in a number of strategic positions and has been a board member for over 5 years before his appointment as MD in 2011.
As a Global thought leader Geoff has developed and deployed a number of professional workforce solutions that have helped our clients win in the changing world of work. Geoff and the Experis Board have a passion to deliver industry leading service to Professional Talent and Clients that will help them navigate the global work trends |

Andrew Crawford, Head of Experis Ireland
Andrew Crawford is responsible for Experis’s operations in Ireland. At the moment that includes managing Experis IT (Ireland) while researching new verticals markets to enter.
Andrew comes from a background in Executive Search, Finance Recruitment and Financial Markets Investments and Trading.

Richard Jones, Head of Experis IT
Richard Jones leads the UK Experis IT business, managing all major account activity, developing SMB strategy and heading business development.
Richard’s got over 25 years’ experience of IT recruitment with Computer People, Spring and Elan. |

Clive Allen, Head of Experis Finance
Clive Allen heads Experis Finance in the UK. His key responsibilities include setting business strategy, leading client services and developing our teams of Finance Professionals.
With over 16 years’ experience in Professional Services working with a number of the world’s largest organisations, Clive spent a number of years at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Business Consulting before joining Jefferson Wells in 2005. Clive’s consulting expertise is within Strategy, Finance and Economics.

Dugald McIntosh, Head of Experis Engineering
Dugald joined Experis in 2006 following three years working for a European Air Traffic Consultancy. Initially managing the QinetiQ MSP programme, he has also performed Project and Programme Management roles including the implementation of Contingent and Permanent recruitment programmes and internal change management.
Reporting to the UK MD, Dugald is Director of the Experis Engineering Practice which has an annual turnover of circa £70m, 1,500 perm placements a year and over 1000 interims on assignment across the Defence, Aerospace and Energy sectors.

Ben Kemp, Solutions Director UK & Ireland
Ben Kemp’s role as Solutions Director sees him looking after a wide variety of business areas: solutions strategy, architecture and innovation; product development; pricing; bid management; solutions implementation and senior client relationships.
Ben’s been working in HR and recruitment for over 18 years. Some of that time was spent consulting for Elan, The Times, Virgin Active, HR Out of the Box and Queen Mary University. After consulting to Elan for many years, Ben finally joined us on a permanent basis in July 2011 as Solutions Director.

David Hannah, Operations Efficiency Director UK & Ireland
David Hannah was key lead in the deployment of Experis and is now responsible for process and efficiency improvements and internal change management.
Having worked at Elan for 13 years, Dave has in-depth knowledge across many areas of the business and significant project management experience. |
