A Workflow Development Team Leader with a good knowledge of: Java, Thaler, Unix, ISIS, VB, C, C++ or the Oracle Development Suite is required to take responsibility for leading a team of four to eight software development engineers in the design, production and component test of software solutions to meet the business requirements as documented in technical systems requirements documentation. The successful Workflow Development Team Leader's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: taking responsibility for managing the team by allocating work and ensuring that deliverables are made to the required timetable and quality as well as mentoring and general staff management of the team, you will need to be aware of the skill levels of the team to be able to allocate work accordingly and will be responsible for ensuring code is delivered to time and quality and in accordance with the development methodology.
