My client, a specialist consultancy are looking for an Incident Manager with a twist. The role is a hybrid whereby you must have come from a Linux / SQL background and supported those environments before moving into Incident Management. Ideally you will have an ITIL accreditation and have done some team management as well. You are not expected to be an administrator as such but you maybe task managing people that are. Ideally you will have exposure to managing incidents in an applications arena if possible with Java applications. I appreciate that this maybe a rare mix of skills but the closer you are to this the better opportunity you will have of filling the role.
