Our client, a large financial organisation is looking for a highly skilled technical business analyst to join thier team in London to progress development of MI reporting requiring Teradata (SQL) and Excel skills
The chosen candidate will be required to deliver full written process operation documentation, and to complete a testing cycle with the Risk Reporting Team, in addition to obtaining sign-off from report stakeholders before the report goes into BAU production.
Key skills required are:-
Microsoft Excel - To at least intermediate standard. Should include experience with pivot tables, lookups, IF/AND/OR statements, linking data between worksheets and workbooks, and building in data validation routines
Visual Basic - In MS Excel Environment to support automation of workbooks and data extraction
Teradata SQL - To support development of scripts to extract data, which will be embedded to function on command via MS Excel macros
Microsoft Word - To support documentation of processes for handover to BAU Risk Reporting Team
Some understanding of credit risk metrics, and financial reporting requirements would be advantageous. Guidance on specifications for reports, methodologies and documentation will be provided by the Credit Information & Reporting Team.
