SQL/C++/Support Analyst/investment banking/. A Support Analyst is urgently required for a London based leading IT Consultancy who are currently engaged in a portfolio of technically demanding investment banking applications.
The successful Support Analyst will be responsible for carrying out a multitude of tasks ranging from technical support on C++, SQL or Oracle. You may also be called upon to run meetings with stakeholders and gather requirements for functional redesign. Working closely with the development and test team you will be responsible for the quality of the work produced and always be striving for continuous improvement and taking full ownership for issues. You will also plan and remedy any issues that arise effectively and with limited supervision. As a small but fast growing organisation you will also be required to impart your opinion on new product design and assist with overall product development.
To be considered for this prestigious role my client has specified that the successful candidate have considerable experience in investment banking with at least 2 full life cycles in software development from a support role. Consultancy experience would be ideal but is not essential
