
A Student Support Manager is required to take a strategic lead on the definition and design of services to support and defect enquiries from students, private candidates and their families. You will engage existing customer facing teams with a view to enabling common queries and answers to be self-serviced by these groups, by looking at a multi-channelled solution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Student Support Manager to join a highly regarded educational services provider that offer extensive training and career opportunities.
The successful Student Support Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: analysing the guidance and support on offer for the students and their families, devising and implementing a strategy for these groups by engaging with key stakeholders. You will identify and categorise queries and support needs for parents, students and private candidates by assessing their respective value and impact to the business. You will develop and implement proposals for continual improvements of these web pages and other resources currently available. The successful Student Support Manager will also work with the organisations digital strategies to target support in suitable media for these groups including social media.
Interested applicants will need to be experienced Student Support Manager's with experience of developing strategies for an educational awarding body. You will have experience of developing strategies for services within an educational environment. You will be able to deliver significant improvements to customer experience through strategic involvement and personal contribution and be experienced in engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
