A Global organisation supplying business and financial information, financial markets knowledge and technology solutions, seeks an experienced Service Support Engineer to work as part of the EMEA development support team, in providing technical support when dealing with issues related to multiple real time infrastructure platforms.

The Role
The Service Support Engineer will be joining a global team of 9 engineers, 4 of which are based in London. This is a busy team who provide a business critical service involving real-time financial data, and as such, the Service Support Engineer will be a dynamic and resilient individual who can work under pressure and is highly service focused.

The Service Support Engineer will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a technical support role
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008
* Ability to work under pressure, responding to time-critical business demands and with a strong service focus
* Ideally knowledge of Linux operating systems - Redhat or CentOS
