My client, a specialist consultancy, are looking for a Service Design/Transition Manager who works with all parts of an organisation to Transition new / won business into Business As Usual (BAU). Must be ITIL certifed, an excellent communicater and negotiator, and have a track in delivering complex technology based outsourced programmes. I am ideally looking for someone who is working for a competitor in a service Design / transition / transformation role who can take a service from pre-sales and then deliver into BAU assisting / leading where required.
Key Technical Skills
: ITIL V3, Change management experience, Service Design,
Service delivery management and/or transition management experience in complex technology based outsourced businesses, Able to successfully demonstrate the implementation and continual improvement of a Service Transition framework
