Our client, a leading oil and gas company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in London.
The Senior Project Manager will work on a product and database upgrade for Fountain software for the Safety and Finance business areas using this product. Complex project covering the system upgrade, Database upgrade to Oracle 10g followed by transformation to SQL DB, hardware upgrade to virtual service, interface adjustments. Complex governance issues with two different businesses. Multiple suppliers providing deliverables for the project.
Experience and Qualifications required
Technical : -
- Fully qualified and certified PM; experienced in database migration of global systems and hardware upgrades.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
- Business knowledge of safety incident management processes.
- Background knowledge in the Safety and Assurance environments.
Please note, prior experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
