
Our client is a leading oil and gas company based in London. They currently require interim support on a major project being run across the breadth of this global company. The role is to manage all finance and accounting matters in the cleaning out of smaller entities within the group through a process of due diligence, planning and execution. The role will involve complex statutory accounting, working across the group to obtain information from key stakeholders and to work towards voluntary dissolution or merger of smaller group companies. Applicants should have strong experience within a major complex structured organisation, have experience of eliminating legal entities through voluntary dissolution or merger and have extremely strong statutory accounting and stakeholder management skills. A strong ACA accountant is highly desirable.
