
Our client is a major Broadcasting company seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager based in London for an initial 3 month contract.
This opportunity will be within the Voice and Broadband Operations who will lead a specific performance improvement initiative to enhance the overall customer experience and business results. You will need to liaise with different parts of the business and engage all stakeholders to solve cross-functional problems.
The required skills and experience required for the role are as follows:
·Excellent statistical analysis skills
·Technical background
·Recent Project Management experience
·Well-developed communication skills and ability to present information in a credible manner.
·Strong relationship management skills with ability to develop cross-functional relationships at all levels
·Experience within Telecoms
·Experience within Voice services
Some of your responsibilities will include:
·Scope and structure problems and engage relevant stakeholders.
·Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify root causes and quantify their impact.
·Lead end to end process reviews, and drive change across different business processes.
·Analyse relevant information and KPIs to prioritise different improvement initiatives, and develop business cases
·Provide high quality updates to senior stakeholders across the business
