
My client are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with recent experience in readiness and landing change in contact centres. The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Call Centres, ideally with previous project involvement with IVR solution and/or dialler implementation experience. This previous Business Analyst experience in Contact Centres along with great communication skills and proven ability to deal successfully with complex issues are key aspects for the role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the project in this fast passed and changeable environment.
Key requirements:
*Extensive Business Analyst experience in a fast paced and challenging environment
*Polished Business Analyst skills
*Previous experience in Contract Centres
*Previous involvement in UVR solutions, dialler implementation or similar
*Full project life-cycle understanding and experience
